Tocino Hawaiian Rice

3 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 onion, sliced
300g pork tocino, cooked and cubed (or
left-over pork tocino)
½ cup diced carrots
4 cups cooked rice
2 tbsp MAGGI Oyster Sauce
1 satchet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP 8g
¼ cup pineapple tidbits
½ cup green peas


  1. Heat oil, sauté garlic and onion until limp. Add tocino then carrots, cook for another 2 minutes.
  2. Toss in cooked rice. Season with MAGGI Oyster Sauce and MAGGI MAGIC SARAP.
  3. Stir in pineapple and green peas. Toss rice very well until mixture is fully incorporated. Serve with sliced tomatoes, onions and salted egg on the side, if desired.
