Thai Glass Noodle Salad

INGREDIENTS
2 pieces chicken breast
1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP 8g
300g glass noodles (sotanghon)
2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1 piece tomato, sliced
1 piece onion, sliced
¼ cup sliced cucumber
2-3 pieces basil, torn into pieces
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
Dressing: Combine -
2 tbsp MAGGI Savor, Classic
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp calamansi juice
1 tsp sugar
2 pieces siling labuyo, chopped
2 tbsp patis
PROCEDURE
- Rub chicken with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes. Grill and then slice into strips. Set aside.
- Blanch glass noodles then drain. In a bowl, toss together noodles with the remaining salad ingredients and the prepared dressing. Garnish with prepared chicken, basil leaves and cilantro. Serve cold.
