Sundried Tomato and Red Egg Pasta

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
¼ cup chopped onion
¼ kg chicken liver, chopped
3 red eggs, chopped
1 300 can diced tomato
½ cup water
¼ cup sliced sundried tomato
1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP 8g
Salt, pepper and sugar to taste
400g cooked angels hair pasta
¼ cup sliced leeks

PROCEDURE

  1. Heat olive oil. Sauté garlic and onion until translucent and fragrant.
  2. Add chicken liver and red eggs. Cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Pour-in canned diced tomato and water. Stir-in sundried tomato.
  4. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
  5. Top pasta with the prepared sauce. Garnish with leeks before serving.
