INGREDIENTS
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 ripe avocado, sliced cheddar cheese slices
¼ kg smoked salmon sliced gherkins or cucumber alfalfa sprouts
Prepared litro pack NESTEA Lemon
PROCEDURE
- Spread toast with mayonnaise. Top with avocado then cheddar cheese.
- Layer with smoked salmon and gherkins. Put some alfalfa sprouts on top before serving with NESTEA Lemon.
