2 pieces bacon, chopped
1 onion, sliced
¼ kg ground beef
1 cup canned pork and beans with sauce
1 8g sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
salt, sugar and pepper
1 250ml NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream 250mI, soured with
1 tbsp calamansi juice
oil for deep frying
4 unpeeled whole potatoes, boiled until fork tender, drained, halved and meat in the middle scooped out to form a cup
Cook bacon in a pan until oil is extracted. Stir-in onion and cook until translucent.
Add-in beef and cook until it changes color. Put pork and beans then season with salt, sugar and pepper to taste.
Pour-in soured cream and turn-off the heat. Set aside.
Deep fry potatoes until crusty. Spoon meat sauce onto potato cups until almost over-flowing. Serve immediately.
