Seafood Cream Soup

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp chopped garlic

¼ cup chopped onion

2 pieces alimasag, quartered

100g shrimp, shells removed

¼ kg squid, sliced into rings

2 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP

¼ cup chopped kinchay

1 piece carrot, diced

2 cups water

½ cup NESTLÉ Fresh Milk

1 green pepper, cut into rings

PROCEDURE

  1. Heat butter, sauté garlic and onion until limp. Stir in alimasag, cook until it turns orange in color.
  2. Add shrimp and squid, season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and continue cooking for 1 minute.
  3. Add kinchay and carrots, pour in water and NESTLÉ Fresh Milk. Bring to a simmer. Cook until vegetables are crisp tender. Serve hot.
