Salmon Teriyaki

INGREDIENTS

2-4 salmon fillet
¼ cup MAGGI Soy Sauce
pinch of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
¼ cup sesame oil
¼ cup water
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
¼ tsp ginger powder
pinch of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
¼ cup sliced leeks
1 tbsp toasted sesame seed

PROCEDURE

  1. Marinate salmon in MAGGI Soy Sauce and MAGGI MAGIC SARAP for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat sesame oil and pan-fried salmon for 3 minutes on each side. Remove salmon and set aside.
  3. Cook teriyaki sauce by deglazing the same pan with water. Add hoisin sauce, sugar and ginger powder. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and adjust according to taste.
  4. Serve salmon topped with sliced leeks, sesame seeds and teriyaki sauce.
