Pulled Beef Soft Taco

INGREDIENTS
1 kg beef cubes
¼ cup soy sauce
1 cup tomato sauce
1 ½ water
1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP 8g
¼ cup sugar or to taste
Pepper to taste
½ cup canned pork and beans, drained
Iceberg lettuce, shedded
2 onions, chopped
4 tomatoes, chopped
½ cup grated cheese
1 pack NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream soured with
1 tbsp calamansi juice
8-10 soft tortilla or taco wrap
PROCEDURE
- Tenderize beef in soy sauce, tomato sauce and water. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, sugar and pepper. Cook for 1 ½ -2 hours over low heat until tender and meat begins to disintegrate. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Prepare other ingredients on the side. Remove beef in sauce and shred to desired size similar to a corned beef.
- Assemble by re-heating a soft tortilla and filling it up with the beef followed by pork and beans, lettuce, onions, tomatoes and grated cheese.
- Drizzle with cream on top just before serving.
