Petchay and Sardinas Guisado

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 small onion, chopped
1 small tomatoes, sliced
1 155g canned sardines in tomato sauce, mashed
½ k petchay tagalog, sliced
1 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
¼ cup water or as needed

PROCEDURE

  1. Heat cooking oil. Saute garlic, onion and tomato until fragrant.
  2. Add sardines with sauce and cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Stir-in petchay. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP then add enough water to cook. Serve warm.
