Pesto Pasta Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 cup packed fresh spinach
1 cup packed fresh basil
½ cup toasted walnuts
6 cloves garlic , pan-fried whole
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup olive oil
1 tsp MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
black pepper and salt to taste

PROCEDURE

  1. In a blender, process spinach, basil, walnuts and garlic. Blend in Parmesan cheese. Gradually add oil, processing until smooth. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, pepper and salt. Top over cooked spaghetti or penne pasta.
