Perk Me Up Sweet Glazed Ham

2 tbsp butter
1/2 kg sweet ham or any left over ham, sliced
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
2 tbsp grated orange zest
1/2 cup brown sugar or to taste
2 tbsp NESCAFÉ Classic dissolved in
1/2 cup water
1-2 tbsp chili sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp MAGGI MAGIC SARAP or to taste
2 tbsp butter


  1. Heat butter. Pan-fry ham until slightly brown. Transfer on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Set aside.
  2. De-glaze the same pan with the orange juices. Add orange zest and sugar.
  3. Pour in water with coffee. Bring to a boil.  Season with chili sauce, salt, pepper and MAGGI MAGIC SARAP.
  4. Simmer continuously over low heat until sauce is reduced into half. Add remaining butter to make the sauce glossy.
  5. Pour glaze over the ham and serve with hot pandesal or rice.
