Mock Sukiyaki

INGREDIENTS

2 sachets MAGGI MAGIC SARAP 8g
7 cups water
¼ kilo beef sirloin, sliced thinly
½ cup leeks, sliced diagonally
½ cup sliced onions
1 50g pack sotanghon, soaked
2 cups tofu, cut into cubes
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp MAGGI Soy Sauce
4 cups Baguio pechay, cut 1” thick
salt to taste

PROCEDURE

  1. Boil broth and add beef, leeks and onions. Cook until beef is done about 7 minutes.
  2. Add sotanghon and tofu and simmer covered until noodles are cooked, about 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in sugar, soy sauce and pechay.
  4. Season to taste and serve piping hot.
