Meat Loaf and Potato Soup

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 small onion, sliced
1 cup store-bought canned meatloaf, cubed
2 medium potatoes, cubed and fried
1 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
100g fettucinne noodles, cut into 3-inch pieces
1 liter water

PROCEDURE

  1. Heat cooking oil. Sauté garlic and onion until limp.
  2. Stir in meatloaf and fried potatoes. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP.
  3. Stir in noodles and cook for 30 seconds. Pour in water and bring to a boil. Simmer until noodles are al dente. Serve immediately.
