Meat Loaf and Potato Soup
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 small onion, sliced
1 cup store-bought canned meatloaf, cubed
2 medium potatoes, cubed and fried
1 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
100g fettucinne noodles, cut into 3-inch pieces
1 liter water
- Heat cooking oil. Sauté garlic and onion until limp.
- Stir in meatloaf and fried potatoes. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP.
- Stir in noodles and cook for 30 seconds. Pour in water and bring to a boil. Simmer until noodles are al dente. Serve immediately.
