Mango Adobo Burrito

INGREDIENTS

1 cup adobo
3 cups cooked rice tbsp.
2 cups shredded left-over adobo
1 ripe mango sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
½ cup sliced cheddar cheese
pita bread, heated

Garlic Mayo Sauce: Combine garlic
1 tbsp garlic
1 250ml NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream
1 tsp MAGGI MAGIC SARAP

PROCEDURE

  1. Combine adobo sauce with cooked rice. Mix until fully incorporated.
  2. Arrange rice, left-over adobo shreds, mango slices, cheese and cucumber into a heated Pita bread.
  3. Roll pita bread to form a log. Serve with the garlic mayo sauce.
