Korean Chicken Barbecue

INGREDIENTS

For the Chicken Barbecue:

½ kg chicken breast fillet, thinly sliced
2 tbsp MAGGI Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
¼ cup chili paste
1 pack MAGGI MAGIC Chicken


For the Bean Sprout:

2 tbsp cooking oil
½ kg bean sprout
2 tbsp MAGGI Oyster Sauce
1 tsp MAGGI MAGIC SARAP

PROCEDURE

For the Chicken Barbecue:

  1. Marinate chicken in MAGGI Oyster Sauce, sesame oil and chili sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Stir-fry prepared chicken until it changes in color. Remove from heat and set aside.


For the Bean Sprout:

 

  1. Heat cooking oil. Stir-fry bean sprout for 2 minutes. Season with MAGGI Oyster Sauce and MAGGI MAGIC SARAP.
  2. Pour in water and bring to a quick boil. Remove from heat and serve on the side of the prepared chicken barbecue. Serve immediately.
