1¼ cup chocolate cookie crumbs,

For Chocolate Sauce:
1 cup sugar
¾ cup MILO
1 tsp NESCAFÉ CLASSIC
1 cup NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, divided
¼ cup butter
4 cups NESTLÉ Vanilla Ice Cream, divided
½ cup roasted and chopped cashew nuts
4 cups NESTLÉ Strawberry Ice Cream

whipped NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream
To prepare crust: Combine cookie crumbs, almond, sugar and butter in a bowl. Press onto sides and bottom of a round 9” pan. Chill crust for 30 minutes. Set aside.
To prepare chocolate sauce: Combine sugar, MILO, NESCAFÉ and ½ of the cream in a sauce pan. Cook while stirring to melt ingredients. When completely mixed, add remaining cream and whisk to fully incorporate. Finish with butter to achieve shiny and glossy consistency. Set aside.
To assemble pie: Spread half of vanilla ice cream onto the prepared crust. Freeze for 30 minutes. Remove from the freezer and sprinkle with cashew nuts. Top with the remaining vanilla ice cream. Freeze again for another 30 minutes. Arrange scooped strawberry flavored ice cream on top of the vanilla ice cream. Drizzle with prepared chocolate sauce and whipped NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream if desired. Serve frozen.
