2 pandan leaves tied into a knot
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
½ cup bottled cherries, sliced into halves
1 red apple skin on, cubed
1 green apple skin on, cubed
1 pear skin on, cubed
½ cup green seedless grapes
½ cup red seedless grapes
½ cup Confectioner’s sugar
1 250g NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, chilled
coarsely crushed cashew nuts
Make pandan syrup by boiling pandan leaves in water with sugar. Boil until sugar is completely dissolved. Set aside to cool. Discard pandan leaves.
In a bowl, combine all fruits and toss into the pandan syrup. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Whip Confectioner’s sugar and NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream until stiff. Transfer on a piping bag and keep in the refrigerator.
Line an individual container with crushed cashew nuts. Scoop fruit mixture on top of cashew nuts. Top with whipped cream and dust with cinnamon powder before serving.
