Fruit Garden Cake

40 minutes plus 1 hour to chill
2 NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream
1 cup caramelized condensed milk
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup sliced mango
1 cup sliced kiwi
20 pcs. lady fingers
2 tbsp unflavored gelatin, dissolved in
1 cup hot water
- Arrange broas in a rectangular container. Spread a layer of cream on top. Arrange slices of strawberries on the first layer.
- Cover with 2nd layer of broas and spread caramelized condensed milk. Arrange slices of mango on the second layer.
- Cover with another layer of broas and cover with remaining cream and caramel. Arrange slices of remaining strawberry, mango and kiwi.
- Pour prepared gelatin covering the entire cake. Decorate with more fruits and cream if desired.
