Fruit Garden Cake

INGREDIENTS

2 NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream
1 cup caramelized condensed milk
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup sliced mango
1 cup sliced kiwi
20 pcs.  lady fingers

Toppings:
2 tbsp unflavored gelatin, dissolved in
1 cup hot water

PROCEDURE

  1. Arrange broas in a rectangular container. Spread a layer of cream on top. Arrange slices of strawberries on the first layer.
  2. Cover with 2nd layer of broas and spread caramelized condensed milk. Arrange slices of mango on the second layer.
  3. Cover with another layer of broas and cover with remaining cream and caramel. Arrange slices of remaining strawberry, mango and kiwi.
  4. Pour prepared gelatin covering the entire cake. Decorate with more fruits and cream if desired.
