Cornflakes Cheese Sticks
1 cup cheddar cheese sliced into 3-inch sticks
2 eggs, beaten combined with 2 tbsp water
1 cup finely crushed NESTLÉ Cornflakes
cooking oil for deep-frying
Dip: Combine –
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup catsup
1 tsp MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
- Roll cheese in egg. Coat with crushed cornflakes.
- Deep-fry in hot oil and cook until golden brown. Transfer on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve with the Mayo-Catsup Dip on the side.
