Corn and Asparagus Quiche

INGREDIENTS

4 eggs lightly beaten
1 250ml NESTLE ALL Purpose Cream
½ cup cream of corn soup mix
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
½ cup cheddar cheese, grated
¼ cup spring onion, chopped
½ cup chopped asparagus
¼ cup corn kernel

PROCEDURE

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix until fully incorporated.
  2. Pour mixture on a slightly buttered square baking dish.
  3. Cook in pre-heated 180 degree-over 30-35 minutes or until set. Cut into squares or rounds for single serve.
