2 pieces red bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, quartered
1 tbsp crushed garlic
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 ½ kg beef brisket
2 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP 8g
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup NESCAFÉ Classic dissolved in 3 cups water
Puree or chop finely the bell pepper, onion and garlic. When minced, add maple syrup and lime juice to make a paste. Set aside.
Transfer beef in a pressure cooker. Sprinkle with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, salt and pepper. Pour in water with NESCAFÉ Classic.
Add the bell pepper paste. Cover pressure cooker and cook beef for 30 minutes. Start timing when the pressure cooker starts to whistle.
Let the pressure cooker cool down. Remove cover and add more seasoning if necessary. Cook uncovered for another 15 minutes or until sauce is reduced. Serve hot.
