Chicken with Yogurt, Garlic and Shallot Dip

INGREDIENTS

½ kilo Chicken breast
10 whole asparagus
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp patis
1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
½ cup NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream
Pinch of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
½ cup NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream
1 tbsp chopped garlic
¼ cup chopped shallots

PROCEDURE

  1. Marinate chicken and asparagus in olive oil, garlic, onion, patis and MAGGI MAGIC SARAP for 30 minutes. Grill chicken and asparagus separately and keep on a tightly covered container.
  2. Combine yogurt, cream, MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, garlic and shallots. Adjust mixture according to taste.
  3. Serve grilled chicken with prepared dip.
