Cheese Sticks with Minty Red Dip

INGREDIENTS

1 250g cheddar cheese, sliced into strips
25 lumpia wrappers, cut into four pieces each
1 egg white, beaten
cooking oil for frying

For the Minty Red Dip: Blend together -
½ cup mint leaves
1 tsp MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
½ cup chili sauce or catsup
2 tbsp MAGGI Savor, Classic

PROCEDURE

  1. Wrap sliced cheese with lumpia wrapper and roll into a log. Seal edges by rubbing beaten egg whites into the lumpia wrapper before sealing.
  2. Heat cooking oil. Fry prepared cheese sticks for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Serve with the Minty Red Dip on the side.
